Events Terms and Conditions:

On booking completion, any form or alternative online booking method represents a legally binding contract in which the following terms and conditions apply:

• Events are organised by Mr Ahmed Zghari MRICS and / or rightproperty.com ltd, whose registered address is 8 Badgers Walk, Purley, CR8 3PX
• Payment is required with the registration. No places can be reserved without payment
• Confirmation of registration, locality or location map details and receipted invoice will be sent in acknowledgement of all bookings, unless bookings are made through third parties where confirmation will be made by the third party or by us in in a reasonable time
• Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to a 10% administration charge, but no refunds can be made for cancellations notified within 14 days of the event. Substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. Transfers will not be accepted
• Event charges are gross costs. We are not liable for bank charges or any other costs incurred by delegates in attending the event
• We accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions as expressed by any guest speakers or other persons at the event
• We check the venues for accessibility. Please let us know if you have access or other requirements
• We reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates if it chooses
• We reserves the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice
• We also reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event
• We and our affiliated businesses are committed to protecting your privacy. We may use the information supplied by you, to provide details of future offers and products and services.
• Information that we collect about you in a lawful manner and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
• The data you give us will allow us to send you details of special offer promotions and up-to-date information about the range of products and services we provide
