The Developer Home Build Index (DHBi), 3Q2012 is a detailed survey report of costs and land budgets for one-off developer led housing across England and Wales (pdf only) - normal cost £75, but free with any purchase of Sirca Home Developer.

The index is a detailed review of developer home build costs and land budgets across the counties and regions of England and Wales.

A quarterly report, it is based on a poll of around 500,000 asking prices for 3 bed, 4 bed and 5 bed houses on sale at the end of each quarter.

The detailed residual values for each county are created using the cash-flow modeling tools of our proprietary Sirca Home Developer software.
